Life Skills Case Management, LLC is Florida State Licensed Company dedicated to enhancing your chances for success in recovery.

Our purpose at LSCM is to help facilitate the transition from a structured treatment environment to a recovery based living environment. We recognize there are many challenges in this transition. Most people can benefit from our basic jump starting services designed to help get you started in the right direction. Some people may need the more specialized support services that we offer. Either way we are here to assist in making the transition easier and help establish your action plan for engaging in "life" and in recovery.

BECOMING FAMILIAR WITH THE AREA: We understand how confusing it can be coming to a completely new area and not knowing where you are and how to get to where you need to go. (Grocery store, pharmacy, Wal-Mart, etc.) We have a plan to help to familiarize you with local area.

JUMP START YOUR RECOVERY EFFORTS: We can help begin your recovery efforts and take the guess work out of trying to figure out where to go and when. If needed, we can escort you to meetings. This can diminish the fears of walking in alone somewhere new.

ASSISTANCE IN PREPARING TO FIND WORK: We recognize this can be a stressful chore for anyone. Where do you begin? Applications, resumes, interviews, we'll help get you ready. We can help locate certain areas for a search, restaurant/retail, professional, industry/trades as well as other valuable resources.

TRANSPORTATION: For those who don't have your own car, we can provide detailed information on all available public transportation and monthly passes, Delray Beach Downtown Roundabout Service and we can instruct on how to create and utilize a sober support network.
